Case of the Mondays

A little stressful this weekend, over thinking the future etc, but now my third semester pain is kicking in. I'm not sleeping well from 3-6am, constantly tossing and turning, probably my bodys way telling me to stop sleeping the way I am - on my back, right side etc. So now I'm feeling pain in my lower ribs on my back. subtle, but annoying and I can't stretch it out. I think it will pass in a few days and my new shape takes form.

  1. yep, take naps, I think it's the body way of getting you ready for night feedings.

  2. possible 3am sleepless has something to do with all you have going on ... once you figure that out, i bet you'll sleep better (not great, but better).
