This guy |
It was a bit difficult adjusting to how to make the beach work, but it did. He took long naps in the warm air and we all pitched in watching him nap in the house too. His horrible acne went away as quickly as it came up (not quick, but suddenly). He is filling out daily and eating like a champ. I guess he has his brothers metabolism and genes so far, that, and I don't make fatty milk. (maybe i'll try nursing longer) We go back to the doctors at 2 months.
I'm horrible, but sometimes, before we left, I would walk by him sleeping in the pack and play and see this

which is okay, because first he was this.
Which is really just like our Nicky right?!
But, this other one is a whole chapter in himself right now. He did enjoy accidentally creating this cargo skirt. He really cracked up.

He does have the legs for it |
#2s are usually pretty mellow and have the benefit of all the parents' learning experiences with #1s. Jack is lucky guy. B will keep you learning!
ReplyDeleteAgree with Grammy. With #2, at least I knew what I was doing and what would happen next if I did/didn't. With #1, everything is 100 percent baby and 100 percent uncertainty. Sarah and Rick are both #2 kids, which probably accounts for their grounding and personalities.
ReplyDeleteJack looks like he's filled out more just in the few days since I saw him! Way to go!
ReplyDeleteYou crack me up with Ron Howard. I really did LOL.
